AZUI Call Center For Filing Weekly Claims

The AZUI Call Center provides you with a simplistic method for filing weekly claims and for getting information about unemployment benefits.  The call center has been specifically designed to streamline the benefit application and claims process.  You can also use online methods for filing a claim and for getting claim status information.  The phone in method is expedient and will provide you with much of the information you seek.

When you call the AZUI Call Center you will be provided with an automated voice and automated prompts that will lead you to the information you seek.  When you first place your call, you are provided with five options.  You can apply for unemployment insurance benefits, access employer information, file a weekly claim and get payment details, you can make address changes, and you can get general information about unemployment benefits.

The AZUI Call Center also allows you to reset your pin; you can do so by choosing the file weekly claim option first, then choosing the pin reset option.  If you want prior calendar year information about payments, you can also access this information by choosing the file a weekly claim and payment information option, followed by choosing the prior calendar year details.

If you want to apply for benefits, you can do so by calling the AZUI Call-In Center between the hours of 7:00 AM and 7:30 PM, Monday through Sunday.  This number is not in operation during holidays.  Weekly claims can be filed from Sunday to Friday from 12:01 AM on Sunday to Friday at 6 PM.  Use the following call center numbers to begin the process:
